Using the Mango ordering app.
Ordering
Orders are placed with, prepared by and fulfilled by the Mango restaurant you select. Menus, prices, available times and the services each restaurant offers come from that restaurant and can change.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are offered per restaurant. Where delivery is available, the restaurant sets its own delivery area, minimum order and any delivery charge, which are shown before you pay.
Prices
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST where GST applies. The total you are asked to pay is shown before you confirm.
Payment
Available payment methods are set by the restaurant. Where a restaurant accepts payment at the counter, your order is confirmed before payment. Where you pay online, your order is confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment.
Changes and cancellations
Once an order reaches the kitchen, changes and cancellations are handled by the restaurant. Contact the restaurant preparing your order as soon as possible.
Accuracy
We work to keep menu information correct, but ingredients and preparation can change. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please read our allergen guidance and speak to the restaurant first.
