What we collect

When you create an account we hold the name, email address and phone number you give us, so the restaurant can identify and contact you about an order. If you save a delivery address, we hold that address and its location so the restaurant can check it is within its delivery area.

Your orders

Orders you place are shared with the restaurant preparing them, together with the contact details needed to complete the order. Your order history is linked to your account so you can see it again in this app.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered on the provider's own secure page and are never stored by this app.

Kept on your device

Some things stay on your device only and are never sent to us. That includes your saved favourites, your selected restaurant, and your current basket.

Signing out and deleting

You can sign out at any time from Account. To ask about removing your account details, contact the restaurant you order from.
